the in 2002 fully renovated Kasteel Heemstede in Houten.
A beautiful historic location surrounded by a castle pond on a estate with fine landscaped gardens.
The interior contains a number of original elements like the old vaulted ceiling and intimate spaces but with a modern interior design.

Since 2020 chef Ollie Schuiling took up residence here and introduced his very own style.
Together with the kitchen team he creates seasonal inspired dishes with a modern and international touch. Characterizing are the combinations of rich flavours with some fresh acidity, spices and top-quality ingredients playing a main role.
