We would like to ask you to keep to your arrival time as closely as possible so that we can welcome you in the best possible conditions.
If you are delayed, please contact info@restaurant-kasteelheemstede.nl or telephone number 030 – 27 222 07.

Please inform us in a timely manner of any allergies or dietary requirements you or your guests may have.
This way we can guarantee that a worthy replacement will be served during your visit.
No further adjustments will be made to the dishes during your restaurant visit.

Changes and cancellations must be communicated in writing at least 72 hours before the start of the reservation.
We refer to our e-mail address info@restaurant-kasteelheemstede.nl.

Within these 72 hours, €50.00 per person will be charged / the deposit will not be refunded.
For large groups [more than 8 persons] a notice period of 7 days is required.
If you arrive more than 30 minutes later than the reserved time, your reservation may be considered a no-show.
